Directions

Grease an 8" square pan.

In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

Spoon the mix into the pan and press down using a wet fork.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Keep in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) honey
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) cocoa powder
  • 125 ml (½ cup) dried cranberries
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) unsweetened coconut
  • 375 ml (1½ cup) oats
  • 125 ml (½ cup) unsweetened apple sauce

Tip

Take advantage of the weekends to bake homemade cookies or muffins you can freeze in individual serving sizes for snacks during the week ahead.
